Yes, this can happen. If you’ve unsuccessfully tried to log in several times using the same email, you can be locked out. Wait 15 minutes and try again.

If there are several people in the household who need to monitor your consumption etc., you need to share the password.
If you haven’t yet created a password, the person who has access to the email address on your agreement needs to create a login. Then you can share the password to others in the household.
It can take 5-10 minutes before you can log in with a new password.
Can’t find the email in your inbox? Check to see if it landed in ‘Spam’ or ‘Junk.’
If you’re reading emails on your mobile phone, try to open your email on our computer and look in your ‘Inbox,’ ‘Spam’ and ‘Junk.’
The confirmation code has 6 digits. When you copy it from your email, check to be sure you haven’t copied a space or forgotten to copy a digit.
Also, note that the confirmation code must be used within 60 minutes. If your confirmation code has expired, you’ll need to start over and get a new one.
That’s a classic! You write in capital letters without knowing it. Remember to make sure that the Caps Lock and Num Lock keys are turned off.
