Are you logging in for the first time or have you not yet created your password?

  1. 1.

    Choose 'Create login' ("Opret login").

  2. 2.

    You will receive a confirmation code by email. Check your spam or junk mail if you don't see it.

  3. 3.

    Enter the confirmation code and your new password.

  4. 4.

    Click 'Save and log in' ("Gem og log ind").

  5. 5.

    Ta-da! Now you'll be able to log in with your email and password.

Your email doesn’t work

If we can’t recognize your email, or if you can’t remember which email address you registered with us, please call us at 70 29 29 29. We’ll be happy to help you get access.

Want to change your email?

You can easily do this yourself when you are logged in to My homepage or are in the app (Danish only). Under ‘Profile’ you will find the field ‘Mail’, where you can change your email address. Then just remember to use your new email to log in in the future.

Have you forgotten your password?

If you can’t remember your password, click on ‘Forgot password?’ (“Glemt adgangskode?”). You’ll receive an email with a confirmation code, which you need to create a new password.

When you’re logged in, you can always change your password under your ‘Profile.’
